Dr. Jonathan Kent is a licensed psychologist with expertise spanning evidence-based psychotherapy, neuropsychological assessment, and organizational psychology.
Clinically, Dr. Kent specializes in scientifically validated treatments including Cognitive-Behavior Therapy (CBT), Rational-Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). He works with adults, children, couples, and families, helping them heal from complex trauma and address challenges such as anxiety, depression, anger management, life transitions, and work-related stress. Treatment is available both in person and via secure video conferencing. As a trained neuropsychologist, Dr. Kent has extensive experience in the diagnosis and treatment of neurological and neurodevelopmental disorders, with a focus on how brain-based conditions affect everyday functioning, learning, and adjustment.
